Elenovo Rubin Reserve Edoardo Miroglio

Single vineyard Rubin made from carefully selected hand-picked grapes grown on the estate of the winery near Elenovo village in south-east Bulgaria.

Intense ruby color with brownish hues. The nose is rich in spices (black pepper), herbs and ripe black fruits (blackberries, black cherries), dark chocolate, liquorice and dry leaves. Full and supple body, mild acidity and strong structural tannins. Long and memorable finish.

The wine has aged for 15 months in 225 l French oak barriques and Bulgarian oak barrels 500l.
