Pamid Tempus Vini

Pamid is probably the oldest bulgarian grape known for more than 4000 years. Grapes are from 45 years old vines, hand picked.

Spontaneous fermentation on 16 degrees which lasts 20-22 days. The winery has worked with natural yeasts so the wine is with minimum human intervention.

The wine has an excellent dark pink color with light purple hue. Aroma is blooming in the glass with red berries like raspberry and strawberry, sweet spices and rhubarb. In the mouth the wine is fresh, lively and has a note of red berries.

It looks like dark rosé but has a character of red wine with distinctive tannins in the end.
