Gamza Tempus Vini

Indigenous grape from Northwestern Bulgaria. The winery harvests almost 2.5 tons of Gamza grape and leaves them in a room with optimal humidity and temperature so they can dry the grapes. The process takes 12 days. It has concentration and full flavor.

Aroma of baked meat, confit cherries, cedar, and long warming dark chocolate finish. Transferred in Bulgarian oak barrels for four months so the sediment can be laid down and have more complexity. Added sulfites on the lower end and bottled.
