The wine is made from organically grown grapes, from the certified vineyards of the winery near Elenovo village. Light salmon-pink. Pleasant nose combining red berry fruits, cherry and fine spices. Lovely juicy palate with appealing simplicity and clarity. Jammy, spicy notes drive the middle palate. An accessible wine for sharing on any occasion.
