BEZE Bulgarian Wines #bezewinetrip contest rules and conditions

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
• Participants must reside in the Netherlands.

2. Contest period

• The contest will run from September 26 to September 29, 2024, during the Amsterdam Wine Festival.

3. How to participate

• To enter, participants must follow the BEZE Bulgarian Wines Instagram account during the contest period.
• Double the change by sharing a picture of #bezewinetrip plane on Instagram.

4. Prize description

• The prize includes round-trip airfare for two people to Bulgaria and a hotel stay for up to four days, with a maximum value of €350.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner selection process

• The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who followed the Instagram account during the contest period.
• The drawing will take place on October 1, 2024, and the winner will be announced on Instagram the same day.

6. Winner communication

• The winner will be notified via an Instagram message.
• The winner has 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, BEZE Bulgarian Wines reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Prize redemption conditions

• The travel period will be determined by BEZE Bulgarian Wines.
• The winner must possess a valid passport or European ID card.

8. Promotional rights

• By participating in this contest, participants grant BEZE Bulgarian Wines permission to use their names, photos, and other relevant information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Indemnification

• BEZE Bulgarian Wines is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the contest or otherwise related to the contest.
